When we hear the word lust, most of us immediately think about sexual temptation. Scripture certainly addresses that reality, but lust reaches much deeper than sexuality alone. At its core, lust is any desire that convinces us that life, joy, peace, significance, or satisfaction can be found somewhere other than God.
